Thank you for your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with it for any reason, you may request a full refund. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.

REFUNDS

Within the European Union’s Consumer Rights Directive, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.  

RETURN PROCESS

To return, please cancel your subscription in the billing dashboard of the Unifire app and email customer service at max@unifire.ai. Depending on your credit card company, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement. We will email you when your refund has been processed.
